This course will help you break out of that cycle. With actions to take to reduce overwhelm for the short-term, the medium-term and the long-term, you'll discover strategies to implement whenever you need them.


Why Reducing Overwhelm?


When I work one-to-one with clients, something that comes up again and again is this sense of being so overwhelmed by everything, that it's hard to begin to take any action.

It makes total sense. When we're in stress mode, it's hard to learn, to change, to reflect meaningfully. Therefore one of the first things is to help take clients out of overwhelm and into a calm space where they feel empowered, organised and productive.
